Oslo Restaurant Group was created by a group of 6 friends who have devoted their lives to the hospitality industry for the past 15-20 years. We are a chef driven collective established at the end of 2021. Our aim is to have a high quality focus on food, beverage and most importantly customer service. You will work side by side in the restaurants with the owners as we aim to grow our business.
We bring combined industry knowledge and experience from working all over the world in countries such as the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Argentina with an aim to disrupt the food scene in Norway.
Assist with daily food preparation and service
Ensure food standards and cooking techniques are carried out according to the menu, established recipes and procedures
Able to work well under pressure
Follow Mattilsynet regulations
Assist with general cleaning and dishwashing
Passionate about food and customer service
Minimum 2 years experience working in a fast paced kitchen environment
Has good knowledge of IK-Mat and the HACCP system
Self-motivated, committed and enthusiastic
Has professional pride
Good attitude and morals
Has good communication in English, Norwegian not essential
Be available to work days, nights and weekends
