Oslo Restaurant Group was created by a group of 6 friends who have devoted their lives to the hospitality industry for the past 15-20 years. We are a chef driven collective established at the end of 2021. Our aim is to have a high quality focus on food, beverage and most importantly customer service. You will work side by side in the restaurants with the owners as we aim to grow our business.
We bring combined industry knowledge and experience from working all over the world in countries such as the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Argentina with an aim to disrupt the food scene in Norway.
Oversee daily operational management of the Restaurant
Opening and closing of the property including cashing up
Manage rostering, recruitment, and stock management
Mentor and develop the front of house team
Deliver high quality service & ensure staff maintain a high standard
Create meaningful relationships with regular consumers
Minimum 3 years in a previous senior management position
Sommelier training preferred
Solution-oriented, self-motivated, committed and enthusiastic
Has professional pride
Works well under pressure and in fast paced environments
Good attitude and morals
Good financial acumen and IT skills
Has good communication in English, Norwegian not essential
